Thanks for answering
I wouldn’t use anything plated, unless you know what is underneath it as well. Over time (and sometimes, not very long), the coating will wear off, and unless you know you won’t have a reaction to the underlying metals, it would be best to stay away. bodycandy.com has a great selection of solid surgical steel belly rings at great prices. I wouldn’t risk it.
Does anyone know a good site for information about Engelhard silver bars? Their site doesn’t seem to work.
Here is one for silver investors.

Of the finest quality at current trading price.
Also would be helpful if you would be willing to do the maths for me but -
How many one kilo bars would you be able to purchase at £150,000 for - gold, silver, platinum and palladium if £150K was to be invested into each.
Thank you!
Gold is £23282.71 per Kilo 6 bars
Silver is £359.63 per Kilo 417 bars
Platinum is £35928.00 per kilo 4 bars
Palladuim is £9754.13 per kilo 15 bars
I am convinced silver is the investment for me. But, should I buy sliver bars or silver rounds or old silver currency/coins? All of the paranoid people think the government is going to take all of the gold and sliver again? Where are the best places to buy silver bars and or coins?
THANKS!
The advantage of silver coins is that people recognize them and trust them. Rounds are more suspicious, is it an unfinished coin or a slug from electrical box? Bars also involve some trust, and it’s harder to make change.
Currency? I would not load up un silver certificates, I know it says the government will give you a silver dollar for it, but try trading it in at the post office or the Social Security office.
The paranoid folks are only worried about gold, after the all the government did it before. The government has never taken away the citizen’s silver, besides removing it from coinage.
There is probably a coin shop near you. Make sure they know you are interested in bullion coins rather than rare coins.
Grandpa
how much can i sell these at a full stack (20) on the auction house on world of warcraft?
Look on the auction house for those items. If there aren’t any listed, you can charge pretty much whatever you want, because someone will buy them. If there are similar items listed, charge 1-5 copper less than the lowest posted price to make sure you get paid. Make sure you are selling them on AH for more than you’d get from a vendor plus AH fees.
I have two 10 oz. .999999 silver bars I was given at graduation a couple years back. I need some cash and I saw these babies were going for around $135 a piece, so now I just need to know where to sell these things? Where do you go to exchange currency, don’t they buy preciouses metals?
You can try the silversmiths. But don’t expect them to pay you the exact silver market price, because they need to make some money and there’re some processing fees and commission involved. If you go to a coin or antique dealer, you will get even less, coz these people will eventually sell to a silversmith and they need to make profits as well.
i have a 100 gram silver bar .9999 from the Baird & Co, anyone know where i can sell this at a stock price?
I would strongly suggest checking out the Silver and Gold Exchange before selling gold or silver to ANYONE. I did a great deal of research, online and offline, and learned a lot about this business. I checked pawn shops, jewelers, "gold parties", hotel "buying events as well as the online buyers, including the "as seen on tv" guys. I found that the Silver and Gold Exchange paid more than anyone else I could find. I liked the fact that they post the prices they pay per gram (beware of the places that quote in pennyweight/DWT) on a live price chart at http://www.SilverAndGoldExchange.com I also checked out their Better Business Bureau report and found they have never had a single complaint as opposed to HUNDREDS of complaints some other companies have! I recommend them 100%

I found a silver bar from Credit Suisse (I think that’s a foreign bank) that says: 100g Feinsilber 999.0
How can I find out what it is worth?
There are 31.1 grams in a troy ounce, so your bar weighs 3.21 Troy ounces. With silver at $16.14 per ounce, that is $51.80. You would get 90-95% of that if you sold it at a coin shop.
